SCR's Couch to 5K Training Camp is an 12-Week training program designed for beginning runners, walkers, and run/walkers. Over the course of the camp, you'll learn running basics and, with the help of our experienced coaches and motivational pacers, train to complete at 1 Mile race this holiday season. The program includes two group workouts per week with additional training day recommendations. We know how hard it is to get started which is why our training camp is a super way to meet new running buddies, better your level of fitness and most importantly to get going to meet your running or walking goals!
This 11 week program is offered for the first time this fall and will be held in rotating locations on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.
