We fence in the lower level of the Great Lakes Orthopedics Building at 9615 Keilman St., St. John, IN 46373
Note: ALWAYS enter and exit the East door (facing US 41) which is the Employee Entrance for the building. There is a walkway from the south parking area to the East door of the Great Lakes Orthopedics building.
From the intersection of US 30 and US 41 in Dyer, travel 3.1 miles south on US 41 into St. John. The Great Lakes Orthopedics Building is located directly west of the Chase Bank on the west side of US 41. Park in the south lots and enter the building through the east (employees) entrance. We are downstairs.
