Schoolcraft College Indoor Pool swims occur most Saturdays from September to May each year. Due to the popularity of this pool pre-registration is required and only open to FAST members at this time The pool has 6 lanes and each lane has an individual workout geared toward skill levels in the pool. Most workouts have a USMS coach on deck but mostly this swim is for swimming conditioning.

The entrance to the Schoolcraft fitness center is around the back of campus, on the I-275 side not too far from the Trinity Health sports dome. The locker room entrance is down the hall on the right hand side and the pool can be accessed through the locker room. Feel free to bring your own fins, paddles, kickboard, and pull buoy, otherwise FAST has some available on the pool deck at Schoolcraft. Also it's not a bad idea to bring a water bottle which can be filled in the hallway leading to the locker rooms.
