Overview
All are welcome, from beginner to experienced triathletes. No commitment, come as often as you can.
Monday ILSP non-coached is a workout that is overseen by leaders/experts. They help newbies know the courses as we swim from 6 pm to 6:45 approx, then bike, and then run. It is an informal event where we can practice all three or just some of the disciplines. For example, some are hurt and can’t run so those just swim and bike. Others only want to do OWS so they stay in the water a little longer.
Triathlon race type bike racks are provided for members to practice their transition.
It lasts 2 hours: 6 pm to 8 pm. FAST provides drinks and snacks.
In summary, you do what you want, when you want and at the pace you want. That being said, there are plenty of different people there to buddy up with.
