Overview
All are welcome, from beginner to experienced triathletes. No commitment, come as
often as you can.


For beginner and newer participants: We will offer a skills clinic for those who want to learn or
improve the fundamentals of triathlon (swim, bike, run, transition, and nutrition). We can help
you prepare for your first race and/or help improve your existing skills.

Experienced participants: We will have a planned training course to challenge various levels of
athletes. You will be able to break into a training group that fits your skill level and training goals.

What to bring:
Swim- Swimsuit or trisuit (wetsuit recommended in spring), swim cap, goggles, swim buoy &
towel.

Bike- Bike, helmet, bike or tri shorts (whatever works for you), bike shoes or running shoes, extra
tube for your bike and bike pump. *Front and rear bike lights are strongly recommended.

Run: Running shoes, socks, a hat or visor.

Miscellaneous: Water bottle for bike and run, water or a sports drink and a snack for after.


Triathlon Training for beginners

Meet up at 6:00-6:15, in the water by 6:30.  800-1000 yd lake swim, 12 mile bike, 2 mile run, all at an easy beginner level pace, with options to go further.  Workout duration: approx 1.5 hours.

Triathlon Training for Intermediate Triathletes

Meet up at 6:00. 

Format varies based on who shows up and time of year

Workout duration: approx 1.5 hours.
