We have an organized swim at this private recreational center 6 days a week.

Monday through Friday a group of swimmers call out a group workout from 5:30 am to 6:30 am. Saturday's a written workout is provided and the workout is extened by 30 minutes. If you want a drop in swim, and not a member contact Ken at kgutowsk@wowway.com to find if there are any open slots and the fee. Those workouts go from 6:30 am to 8 am. Post the swim some members cooldown in the hot tub, or do dryland stretches or strength workout. Folling the cooldown/stretches some members go to Charley's at Haggerty and 6 mile for breakfast to compare workouts with the Livonia Schoolcraft swimmers.
