You will be able to do some Open Water Swimming, Practice your transitions, get some good long bike miles in, ride your mountain bikes on some great mountain bike trails in the state park, run, walk, enjoy the sun, or play in the water.
Arrive early or plan on waiting in line as that day the park is full and the lot gets full and typically has a ranger at the entrance of the lot to only allow people to enter when parking spots become available.
