Run into the fall with Austin Fit! Austin Fit's Fall Season kicks off on August 20 at 6:45 AM, thereafter, 6:40 AM for Walkers and 7:00 AM for RUNNERS. Haven't run or walked in awhile or still thinking about it? No problem, come out on August 20 and give us a try. We have experienced Running and Walking Coaches all the way down to those wanting to get off the couch and try something new. Train for a half marathon or a full marathon this fall season. The Jump Start/10K program is perfect for new runners, runners who have stopped training due to injury or for runners who want to train for a 10K. The "Fall" Jump Start/10K program is a slow paced, low-interval (run/walk) training that helps with that "jumpstart" you may need to get back into running.
