To add a little more depth, having the event required so many detailed elements that the sponsors, riders and volunteers were frankly, going to be quite challenged. Further, although our sponsors are amazing and support our event, some of them would like to err on the side of caution and not be part of the event this year. And when you consider the dynamics that would be required for volunteers, the mountain was just too big to climb.
