Returning Member WALKING Fall Training

2022-23 Austin Fit Walking FALL

Meeting Location is Central:

  • 150 E. Riverside Drive, Austin, Texas (parking lot behind the Taco Joint)

Date:

  • August 20, 2022 to February 11, 2023
    • (up to 6-Miles and half marathon)

Time:

  • 6:40 AM

USAFIT Austin’s (Austin Fit) Fall Training Program is back with HALF Marathon Training led by USAFIT Certified Coaches. Austin Fit is all about helping others make positive and life altering changes. So, get ready for an uplifting, motivational, and TOTAL fitness experience. We truly cater to both newbies and experienced walkers in our training program.

As the walking population continues to get vaccinated, more and more people want to get out and get active. We want to be able to meet the needs of all by offering a healthy fit community that can assist with returning to an active lifestyle safely.

For Walkers, we have coaches who train from 16 plus pace to 20 pace. We have a pace group just for you.

Fee: $115.00

    • half & full marathon training

Start Time:

  • 7:00 AM

Austin Fit's FALL Training Program starts August 20, 2022 and ends on February 11, 2023. 

Fee: $115.00

Returning Member Jump Start/10K FALL Program

2022-23 Austin Fit Jump Start/10K FALL

Meeting Location is Central:

  • 150 E. Riverside Drive, Austin, Texas 78704
    • (parking lot behind the Taco Joint)

Date:

  • August 20, 2022 to February 11, 2023
    • up to 6-mile

Start Time:

  • 7:00 AM

The Jump Start/10K program is perfect for new runners, runners who have stopped training due to injury or for runners who want to train for a 10K. The "Fall" Jump Start/10K program is a slow paced, low-interval (run/walk) training that helps with that "jumpstart" you may need to get back into running.

This group is also a good place for anyone who needs a rest week or easier comeback after being out sick before rejoining the half training group.

The Jump Start/10K program includes a Saturday morning dynamic stretching, run and exercises geared to improve running, flexibility and balance.

Fee: $115.00

THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE TO CURRENT SUMMER MEMBERS ONLY - IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT SUMMER MEMBER, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE REFUNDED,  MINUS THE REGISTRATION FEES. YOU'LL BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO REGISTER FOR A RETURNING OR NEW MEMBER REGISTRATION TYPE

USAFIT Austin’s (Austin Fit) Fall Training Program starts August 20, 2022 and ends on February 11, 2023. Members have the option to transfer to the fall training program if they've fallen behind and want to start fresh with fall training. Members may also complete summer training and then transfer to fall when the summer program ends on November 26, 2022.

Fee: $55.00

USAFIT Austin’s (Austin Fit) FALL Training Program is back with FULL & HALF Marathon Training led by USAFIT Certified Coaches. Austin Fit is all about helping others make positive and life altering changes. So, get ready for an uplifting, motivational, and TOTAL fitness experience. We truly cater to both newbies and experienced runners and walkers in our training program. For runners, we have coaches who train from an 8:30 pace to a 12 plus pace. For Walk Fit and our Bariatric Walk Group, we have coaches who train from 16 plus pace to 20 plus pace.
