Monday night we hosted our scholarship winners and their families at our annual NERC summer picnic! We opened the evening with our traditional scavenger hunt, orchestrated by Donna Crooks! Then we enjoyed a fabulous pasta dinner from TJ‘s on the Avenue! Thank you to Reggie LaVan who coordinated our dinner!
A big thanks to Julie Weber, Carol Knez and Don Provident as members of our Selection Committee. We awarded five scholarships to local high school students who are not only dedicated runners, but exceptional students.

• Cecelia Henderson, Chardon High School, NERC Scholarship
• Taylor Hennessey, Madison High School, NERC Scholarship
• Taylor Jasinski, Riverside High School, NERC Scholarship
• Amelia Matejka, Riverside High School, the new GCXC Scholarship
