Hope - Courage - Love
I have been running for children with cancer since 2014. This year's ULTRA 55 Hour Race and Relay hosted by the Snowdrop Foundation will be my third time raising money for pediatric cancer research and Scholarships for survivors. Expenses can really add up for those families with a child battling cancer so any assistance helps. After having our first baby this year, Eliana, Nichole and I can't imagine having her taken away to heaven so early. Our heart goes out to all families who are affected.
My goal this year is to run 1 mile for every $10 donated. This year, with a little help from coach Dale and the Mountains of Korea, I feel that I am strong enough to set my fundraising goal at $1,500 for a total coverage of 150 miles in 55 hours.
I promise if we meet the $1,500 donation goal, I will stop nothing short of 150 miles!
If you are unable to donate, please come out and knock a few miles out with me. The event will be held Dec 30th through Jan 1st in Sugar Land Memorial Park. And please. DO NOT WORRY about the pace haha. There is always fresh tacos, Texas BBQ, giant warming tents with the bowl games for volunteers and pacers! A way of saying thank-you for coming out to support the cause! Did I mention free beer? In the past two years, I've been surprised with friends and family coming from all over the world to support the cause. That is the biggest pick-me up I can ask for after so many miles logged with no end in sight.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my donation page!
Very Respectfully,
Santi
