Year 4 of the Snowdrop 55 Ultra Race, and I am doing it again! I do this race in honor of my son, James, that was stillborn. This year the goal of hitting 100 miles becomes even more personal. I have lost my father. He was such a huge supporter of me and my crazy ambitions when it came to running. I want him to "see" me cross the finish line and get that 100 miler buckle.
Snowdrop Foundation raises money for research for children's cancer research and college scholarships for survivors. I understand the pain of losing a child. No parent should have to feel that.
