It is with great pleasure that we announce Alan Carruthers as our 2025 Volunteer of the Year!
Alan has made a tremendous impact on the Plano Pacers this past year. Many of you may have noticed the significant increase in our monthly raffle prizes, we’ve been averaging nearly $500 in prizes each month. That success is largely due to Alan’s dedication and initiative.
Through his community outreach efforts, Alan has secured donations from more than 75 companies, bringing in over $10,000 in merchandise and gift cards for our club in 2025 alone. His hard work has directly benefited our members and strengthened our connections within the community.
In addition, Alan has taken the lead on our Plano Pacers merchandise program, helping expand and promote the gear many of you have been enjoying.
Alan’s energy, commitment, and generosity of time truly embody the spirit of our club. Please join us in congratulating him the next time you see him!
