The Shoe Guy and the Shoe Gal will be collecting shoes from our Charity 5K on July 27th. Please bring your retired shoes "prepped" for donation. "Prepped" is defined by having the gently used running shoes tied together and labeled with the "M" or "W "and the size. Also, PLEASE make sure include the inserts.
