Our Mission – Fox River Trail Runners (FRTR) was founded in 1995 and is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit Corporation whose mission is to promote running as a healthy lifestyle in the Fox Valley Region while also benefiting our community.

Help support the mission of Fox River Trail Runners (a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization) (FRTR) by becoming a principal sponsor of FRTR!

Principal Contributing Sponsor - $300

• * Sponsor’s logo linking to Sponsor’s website homepage will be displayed on FRTR’s main webpage reflecting Sponsor as a Principal Sponsor of FRTR.

NOTE: All FRTR principal sponsorship levels are for only the calendar year in which the sponsorship contribution is made, except that, if a sponsorship contribution is made in the 4th quarter of a calendar year, it will be effective for that calendar year and the next succeeding calendar year.

Principal Supporting Sponsor - $500

• * Sponsor’s logo linking to Sponsor’s website homepage will be displayed on FRTR’s main webpage reflecting Sponsor as a Principal Sponsor of FRTR; and
• * Sponsor Recognition as a Principal Sponsor in FRTR's periodic email newsletters (at least four per year, currently sent to over 7,000 unique email addresses).

NOTE: All FRTR principal sponsorship levels are for only the calendar year in which the sponsorship contribution is made, except that, if a sponsorship contribution is made in the 4th quarter of a calendar year, it will be effective for that calendar year and the next succeeding calendar year.

Principal Sustaining Sponsor - $1000

• * All of the items listed above under "Principal Supporting Sponsor" plus the following:
  • ✤  Sponsor Recognition as a Principal Sponsor in connection with FRTR’s principal races consisting of (i) Great Western Half Marathon & 10K, (ii) She Runs the Fox 5K, (iii) Summer Sunset 5K & Youth Races, and (iv) The Fox & The Turkey Races (collectively referred to herein as the “Races”), in FRTR’s emails and social media published relating to each applicable Race, along with the following:
    •  ✧ Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the official printed race bibs and/or the participant race shirts for each of the Races;
    •  ✧ Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on FRTR’s registration platform webpage for each of the Races in the applicable sponsorship section.
    •  ✧ Sponsor will be permitted to provide to FRTR a flier, coupon, or brochure and/or an item of promotional product to be placed in race packets distributed to race registrants at the official packet pickup for each of the Races.

NOTE: All FRTR principal sponsorship levels are for only the calendar year in which the sponsorship contribution is made, except that, if a sponsorship contribution is made in the 4th quarter of a calendar year, it will be effective for that calendar year and the next succeeding calendar year.

Principal Enduring Sponsor - $2500

• * All of the items listed above under "Principal Supporting Sponsor" and "Principal Sustaining Sponsor" plus the following:
  • ✤  Sponsor Recognition as a Principal Sponsor in connection with FRTR’s principal races consisting of (i) Great Western Half Marathon & 10K, (ii) She Runs the Fox 5K, (iii) Summer Sunset 5K & Youth Races, and (iv) The Fox & The Turkey Races (collectively referred to herein as the “Races”), in FRTR’s emails and social media published relating to each applicable Race, along with the following:
    •  ✧ Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the official printed race bibs and/or the participant race shirts for each of the Races;
    •  ✧ Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on FRTR’s registration platform webpage for each of the Races in the applicable sponsorship section.
    •  ✧ Sponsor will be permitted to provide to FRTR a flier, coupon, or brochure and/or an item of promotional product to be placed in race packets distributed to race registrants at the official packet pickup for each of the Races.
  • ✤  Sponsor will be be acknowledged as a Principal Sponsor on a standalone 2' x 3' A-frame sign at each of the Races;
  •  ✤ Sponsor will be permitted to set up Sponsor’s own tent and/or table in the “race village” area for each of the Races in a location designated by FRTR, provided that any such tent or table must be of a size acceptable to FRTR, in its sole discretion and, in the case of a tent, must be properly secured to the ground to prevent it from collapsing or being blown over.
