NOTE: Member Voting Rights - Members of Fox River Trail Runners have the right to vote on certain matters pertaining to the governance of the club, such as voting on the election of directors and on amendments to the club's Bylaws. Individual and family memberships that are active (i.e., current membership with dues fully paid) and in good standing, as of the date that is thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of voting on any matter submitted to a vote of the members, are entitled to one (1) vote on each such matter. Members that are in arrears in their dues (i.e., having an inactive membership) at the time of the commencement of a vote by the members on any matter may not participate in such vote. Individual membership comes with one (1) vote to be cast by the individual holding such membership, and family membership comes with one (1) vote to be cast by designated “head” of the family, who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, as reflected in the records of the Club.
