I am very blessed and thankful to be healthy & able to run races to help raise money for charities. This year is my 4th charity run and I am very excited to be doing it for the Snowdrop Foundation. Snowdrop raises money for cancer research at Texas Children’s Cancer Center, provides education, support for the child & their family and scholarships for college bound kids with cancer. Support and scholarships are amazing for kids surviving cancer and their family because let's face it no matter how much insurance covers - cancer is not cheap. Parents with children who have cancer need to take time off from work to be with their child which is very stressful and can drain their bank account. This helps take some stress away...:)
