On December 30 @ 7am - January 1 @ 2pm, I will start my run/walk to get as many miles as I can in 55 hours. This race raises money to help with research and college scholarships for pediatric cancer patients at Texas Children's Hospital here in Houston, Texas. These beautiful kids endure so much during their treatment and they do not get breaks because they are sick or tired. I will run/walk 55 hours for those who can't! This year I will run in the memory of Abigail Arais who lost her life to this awful disease on November 5, 2019. She became an honorary Police Officer for the Freeport Police Department. She lived out her dream of being a Police Officer to get the bad guys During her short time on this earth, she has touched some many hearts across the United States. She had such a beautiful fighting spirit, lived life to the fullest and always had a smile on her face.
Please consider giving to this amazing cause to help these cancer patients who go into remission get their education through college scholarships and to help fund research at Texas Children's Hospital. My goal this year to to run 100 miles. You can donate as much or as little as you can. No donation is too small because every little bit helps to reach my goal and helps a child live out their dream to go to college.
Thank you so much!
