To volunteer for the event, please choose your "job" from the listed activities.  We value everyone's time and have tried to be as accurate as possible with the job descriptions.  Remember that the event 100% benefits Fort Bend Cares!!!!

If you want to run or walk in the event and volunteer, there are many jobs that will allow this time wise.  Just be sure that if you plan to bring your pet, you will have someone to take care of them while you volunteer.

Help take down tents/load up borrowed or rented items and return to storage/business.

Water station volunteers
provide fluids to participants on the race route. Set up water station and close it down - cleaning up cups and debris.

Help with dogs race morning
help participants get organized before and after the 1K race. Remind families to clean up after their pets. Replenish water bowls for pets.

Work with race timer before the start and Finish Line Chip Removal
Be a "runner" between registration and the race timer before the race starts. Help collect timing chips from participants after they cross the finish line. Put timing chips in order after the race.
