Thank you for signing up to volunteer for Save A Baby Today 5k / 10k!  This event would not be possible without the support of our wonderful volunteers.

Please arrive for volunteer check-in by 7:00am on race day.  An email will be sent prior to the race with specific details.  Please register below for one of our volunteer opportunities. All volunteers will receive a free t-shirt which can be picked up during our designated packet pick-up or on race day.

Sets up for the event, including staging, vendor set-up, post-race party, kids zone, on-site registration and packet pick-up locations, etc.

Please read any waiver carefully. It includes a release of liability and waiver of legal rights and deprives you of the ability to sue certain parties. Do not agree to this document unless you have read and understood it in its entirety. By agreeing electronically, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood the text presented to you as part of the registration process. You also understand and agree that events carry certain inherent dangers and risks which may or may not be readily foreseeable, including without limitation personal injury, property damage or death. Your ability to participate in the event(s) is/are subject to your agreement to the waiver and by agreeing herein, you accept and agree to the terms of the waiver and release agreement. You must be over 18 years of age OR the parent/legal guardian of a minor under 18 years of age OR the legal guardian of an incapacitated and/or mentally challenged person in order to agree to the text below.

In consideration of the foregoing, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive and release any and all rights, claims and courses of action I have or may have against Save A Baby Today 5k /10k, Maddie's Mission, sponsors and its affiliates, their agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, the Event Timing Company (Run Houston Timing), the City of Katy, Katy ISD, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation in Save A Baby Today 5k / 10k and any pre- and post- event activities. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.
