Please join us! The 10th Annual Snowball Run features something for everyone including a chip-timed 5K, cash prizes, a DJ, activities for the kids and a scenic greenbelt course. Speedy racers, casual joggers, strollers and walkers are all welcome!  Dress in your wintery best and best dressed will win a prize!

Course description:
5K:
An out and back, fast, flat course for serious runners and for those looking for serious fun! This run/walk will be chip timed and winter-themed costumes are greatly encouraged. Cash prizes for the fastest runners will be awarded. Runners will receive a t-shirt and Snowball Run bag, while supplies last. Register EARLY to guarantee your shirt and bag.  Runners 12 and under are automatically registered for the 50 Yard Dash.
1K:
An out and back flat course for kids and kids at heart!  Be sure to dress to impress in your wintry best! Have you ever run dressed up as a poinsettia, candy cane or a gingerbread man?  This is your chance!  The course will be monitored by course stewards to ensure the safety of our junior runners.  Runners will receive a t-shirt and Snowball Run bag, while supplies last.  Register EARLY to guarantee your backpack & tshirts. Runners 12 and under are automatically registered for the 50 Yard Dash.
50 Yard Dash:
After the 5K and 1K races, the real fun begins!  Cheer on kids of all ages as they speed their way to the finish line. Registration includes a numbered bib, and a medal.

** Kids activities such as rock wall, bounce house, and face painting will be ongoing at the Infinity Science Park from 9:15 am – 11:00 am. 

There will be best female, best male and best child costume prizes given.

The course is sanctioned by USATF.  5K Certification:  Sanction # Coming Soon!

Event Location:
The start and finish line and all activities will take place at the Infinity Science Park located at the back of Pines Montessori School and in the parking lot of the School located at:

Cash prizes will be awarded for Fastest 5k Adult Male (21+) and Fastest 5k Adult Female (21+) and Gift Prizes for Best Costume Male, Female, and Group Costumes.   Go on... have a ball and dress to impress in your wintery best!

    10:30 am          50-yard dash
    11:00 am          Event concludes

Event registration:
Online registration will close at midnight November 29, 2019.  Race day registration will be available beginning at 8 AM.

•  5K Registration – Includes bib number, timing chip, t-shirt and bag (while supplies last).  Racers 12 and under are automatically registered for the 50 Yard Dash.
  - $35 if registered on or by Sunday, December 1, 2019.  $40 if registering after that.
• 1K Registration – Includes bib number, t-shirt and bag (while supplies last). Racers 12 and under and are automatically registered for the 50 Yard Dash.
   - $25 if registered on or by Sunday, December 1, 2019.  $30 if registering after that.
•  50 Yard Dash Registration – Includes bib number and finishers medal.
   - $15 for up to and including race day registration.

Family/Team discounts:  Families or Teams of 5 or more receive 10% off their total registration. Minimum purchase must meet or exceed $60.00 to qualify. This Does not apply to registrations received on or after Monday, November 25, 2019. Please use Discount Code “GROUP” when registering.
