Welcome to the 29th Annual Communities Against Crime 5k & Fun Run/Walk!
- The CAC 5k is located at the beautiful River Legacy Park in North Arlington. The course is relatively flat and mostly shaded with trees- the 5k is USATF Certified. There are visible and legible distant markers @ miles 1, 2, and 3.
- Local Tarrant County Law Enforcement Agencies have joined together to help support the needs of children whom have recently suffered from abuse and/or neglect. Participation in the CAC Fundraiser will help make a difference in the lives of these children and teens.
The following Police Departments are hosting the 29th Annual Communities Against Crime (CAC) 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk Fundraiser:

These Police Departments have joined with Community Partners of Tarrant County 501(c)(3) (CPTC)* to meet additional needs that children within Child Protective Services may benefit from. This may include:
- Special needs of children placed in Foster Care
- Providing emergency basic needs to children and their families
- Educational programs for parents and families
- Educational programs for community members and staff regarding child abuse & neglect
- ...and SO much more!
