We are raising money to support a great charity - Child Advocates: They mobilize court-appointed volunteers to break the vicious cycle of child abuse. They speak up for abused children who are lost in the system and guide them into safe environments where they can thrive.

Team Calpine is running the 2017 Houston Marathon and Half
Marathon in support of four amazing charities:
the Alzheimer's Association, Citizens for Animal Protection, Child Advocates
and CanCare. All donations to Team
Calpine and its registered participants will go through the Calpine
Foundation. During the registration
process, participants will choose which charity they would like their
fundraising dollars to be distributed to.
The Calpine Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all
donations to Team Calpine and its participants are tax deductible and will be
distributed to our benefiting charities.
