The Tanger Outlet Turkey Trot is back after a 2014 hiatus, better than ever!  We've added a half-marathon - the only half on Thanksgiving in all of central Texas!  

Before gobbling up your own turkey this year, run, walk or trot with us in the 2015 Tanger Outlet Turkey Trot or Half-Marathon on Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2015 at the Tanger Outlet Center in San Marcos, Texas.  Thanksgiving Turkey Trots have become an exciting tradition for experienced and novice runners alike, and we are thrilled to share this tradition with you!

Why Participate?

Everyone knows the volume of calories consumed on Thanksgiving Day roughly equals 10-20X your body weight in pounds.  Yep, we just pulled that out of our...well, never mind.  Still, you'll feel muuuuuch better about eating those calories when you've moved that body around!  That, and it's just good family fun.  We've got music to get that booty shakin', a smokin' fast course for even the most hill-challenged of us, and if you just happened to be (or worked really hard to be!) an award winner - you'll take home hardware you'll never forget.  Come join us in the morning for a great kickstart to your day!

THE FINE PRINT (Please read):  

Participant safety is never secondary.  Event will be held, rain or shine.  As last resort only, Event Director reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unlikely adverse weather (lightning, high winds, excessive rain).  Absolutely no refunds for any reason.  To be eligible for an award, you must wear the timing tag on your bib. Bibs must be worn on the front of the body.
