Have a few miles under your belt? We have training for seasoned runners too!
Our goal is to educate, train effectively and build upon your active lifestyle. The new spring program will begin on February 25, 2020 and run through May 3, 2020. Group training and runs will be held on Tuesday at 6PM at the Satellite Beach HS track. Sunday runs will be held at 6AM at different locations around Brevard. Group runs will help participants stay accountable and motivated by others going through a similar experience.
