Join us on Sunday, October 20, 2019, for Education Alliance of Washoe County's Run for Education, the largest family and student running event in Northern Nevada focusing on fitness and fun in front of SCHEELS at the Outlets at Legends! There is a run for everyone: a 4K (timed), a Fun Run for little legs, and the Sparks Marina March (both untimed). Proceeds directly support student physical education and wellness in Washoe County elementary schools!

Note: If you are a parent of a Washoe County School District elementary student, check with your school principal to find out if the school has a Run Coordinator. School Run Coordinators are collecting paper registration forms/payments, and coordinating for bibs and t-shirts to come directly to their school. Otherwise, feel to free to register online here and pick up your items at SCHEELS as directed below.

Race Day Registration Onsite, Sunday, October 20 (cannot guarantee a t-shirt):

        o Kids (Elementary/Middle): $10

        o Adults (20+): $60

Registration fee includes a t-shirt, entrance to Fitness and Family Fair activities and Nutrition Station, and a medal for youth age 18 and below.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PACKET PICK-UP (T-SHIRTS/BIBS): Saturday, October 19, 9:00am to 3:00pm at SCHEELS upstairs through the Hunting Department.

Pre-Paid Packet Pickup: Opens at 6:30 AM

Fitness and Family Fair: Opens at 7:15 AM

OPENING CEREMONIES: 7:30 AM              

4K starts at 8:00 AM               

Sparks Marina March starts at 8:30 AM

Fun Run by Grade Level:

     Pre-K – 2nd Grades: 9:00 AM

     3rd - 4th Grades: 9:15 AM      

     5th - 6th+ Grades: 9:30 AM

Nutrition Station for all Runners -- Medals for youth under 18!
