Welcome Run4Elise Volunteers! Thank you so much for your willingness to help us make this event happen! We appreciate the time and effort you are dedicating to help the Swim4Elise Foundation raise awareness and make a positive impact. This year's race is benefiting the Elise Cerami Memorial Fund and the 100 Lifeguard Challenge. The race is on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Gateway Church, 700 Blessed Way, Southlake, Texas 76092. The volunteer check-in tent will be in the Northwest Parking Lot near the grand stand. We will have a leadership and set up meeting at 5:30 AM. Other volunteers are asked to check in at the volunteer tent 20-30 minutes prior to the start of their position. SWIM4Elise scholarship recognition is at 7:30 AM, the pledge/anthem/invocation is at 8:10 AM, the 1 mile is at  8:30 AM and the 5K  is at 9:00 AM. We will need volunteers to help with packet pickup, registration, food, aid stations, finish line, pre-race day tasks and more!

Volunteers will be provided a Volunteer Shirt to be worn during the event. Though we will provide an event shirt for volunteers, Boy Scout Volunteers and Dragon Volunteers are asked to wear a shirt that represents their organizations. Other, volunteers are asked to wear the Run4Elise event shirt. Shirts are only guaranteed until March 15. Volunteers registering after this date, will have access to limited shirt sizes or last year's volunteer shirt.
