Thank you for volunteering for Child Study Center's 8th Annual Puzzle Scuttle 5K & 1 Mile Family Fun Run, we need your help! We cannot make this happen without you!! All proceeds raised benefit the Children's Care Fund, which allows Child Study Center to help families and their children regardless of their ability to pay. This event is a fun day for families, friends and the community to come together to support CSC and each other. Thank you for the generous gift of your time!

Waiver: As a volunteer, I understand there are certain risks involved. I assume all risks associated with volunteering in the event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of the weather including heat and/or humidity, traffic and conditions of the road, all such risk being known and appreciated by me. Having read this wavier and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release Child Study Center, Cox Racing Services, Texas Christian University, The City of Fort Worth, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for legitimate purpose. Race will be held regardless of the weather conditions.
