Your ability to participate in the event(s) is/are subject to your agreement to the waiver and by agreeing herein, you accept and agree to the terms of the waiver and release agreement. You must be over 18 years of age OR the parent/legal guardian of a minor under 18 years of age OR the legal guardian of an incapacitated and/or mentally challenged person in order to agree to the text below.

Waiver: As a volunteer, I understand there are certain risks involved. I assume all risks associated with volunteering in the event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, and the effects of the weather including heat and/or humidity, traffic and conditions of the road, all such risk being known and appreciated by me. Having read this wavier and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf waive and release Child Study Center, Cox Racing Services, Texas Christian University, The City of Fort Worth, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named this waiver. I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for legitimate purpose. Race will be held regardless of the weather conditions.
