Is fundraising required?

No, but we ask that everyone try and raise at least $200 so you can help us reach our fundraising goal! The PinkFest Tahoe benefits Moms on the Run, a local 501-c3 non profit, created in 2000 by hard working, caring people of the Reno community.  Moms on the Run assists local breast and gynecological cancer patients during their treatment when it often difficult to keep rent paid, buy groceries and pay for other living expenses.  If you know anyone that could use this assistance, please call 775-826-8117. 

Where does the $$ go?

All the fundraising dollars from PinkFest Tahoe go directly to Moms on the Run,

a local 501-c3 non profit.  Registration fees go to help pay for the cost of the event.

Is my donation tax deductible?

YES!  All fundraising donations are tax deductible and receipts will be provided by Moms on the Run. 

Is my registration fee tax deductible?

No. The registration fee is not tax deductible, but your fundraising donations are. 

Can I register on event day?

Yes! Although you will save $10.00 on your registration fee if you pre-register online.

Can I fundraise online?

Yes! After you register for the PinkFest Tahoe at www.pinkfesttahoe.com, you just click on the “donate” button. This link will get you started on your fundraising for Moms on the Run.  It’s fast, easy and fun!  

Who is the driven.net?  They are our PinkFest Tahoe Registration and Donation vehicle for Moms on the Run.

First you go to www.pinkfesttahoe.com and when you choose to register for PinkFest Tahoe you will be taken to thedriven.net where you register for PinkFest and start your donation campaign for Moms on the Run if you choose to do so.

Can I fundraise offline?

If you’d rather collect your donations, offline donations (cash or check), you can submit them when you check-in on event day. Please put these donations in a sealed envelope with your Name, Address and Phone Number on the envelope. We will make sure that Moms on the Run will get the names, addresses and phone numbers of everyone that donated in your name to Moms on the Run so that MOTR can mail out donations receipts to you and your participants for your offline donations.
