Few jobs require commitment, courage and selfless dedication to helping others than being a First Responder. Footsteps For The Fallen is a non-profit organization that honors the memory of Texas First Responders who paid the ultimate sacrifice while in the line of duty.

The mission of Footsteps For The Fallen is to honor all Texas First Responders. We are compassionately devoted to assisting the children of Texas First Responders with scholarships while honoring the memory of the fallen.

“This endurance event is to honor our fallen Texas First Responders who answered the call knowing as quoted “All Gave Some, Some Gave All,” Constanzo commented about the upcoming run. “Endurance running is one of my passions, and it's an honor to be able to leverage my passion for running and pushing myself for such an important cause.” In 2015, Constanzo ran 439 miles across Texas in 11 days, in 2016, he was the first firefighter to walk 24 hours on a treadmill in 50 pounds of firefighter gear, and then in 2017, he ran 314 miles unsupported across Tennessee in eight days.
