Event Description:

The Heart of Gold 5K & Fun Run is a fundraiser for Heroes for Children.  It represents our children, precious as gold, and the incredible strength they show throughout the cancer journey  The Heart of Gold also represents a heart full of childhood cancer awareness (as represented by the color gold), the heart of each of our supporters that participate and raise money, and those who surround our families with love and support.  In addition to the 5K & Fun Run, enjoy entertainment, fantastic prizes and awards, giveaways and food.  Listen to the DJ spin while the kids play in the Adventure Zone, including bounce houses, clowns, face painting, a rock climbing wall and more!
