Join us for the 5th Annual Run for Change 5K & .5K Trick or Trot Costume Walk! Hosted by Fellowship of the Parks. 

New date, new course, and new fun run this year!

Adolescent suicide is one of the leading causes of death among teens in our society. 

At FOTP, we want to help raise awareness for teen suicide prevention.   Be a part of the solution…..

·       Run or walk the new 5k chip-timed course!

·       Wear your costume for the .5k Trick or Trot Walk with treats at the finish line!

·       Register to run, walk, or donate.

·       Benefits the Keller, Northwest, and Grapevine-Colleyville ISD Counseling Departments.

FEES:

Adults: 

*$25 for chip timed 5k before September 19, 2019

*$30 for chip timed 5K after September 20, 2019

*$15 for non-chip timed 5k

*$15 for .5k Trick or Trot Costume Walk

*Includes a soft cotton t-shirt

Students/Kids:

*$15 for chip timed 5k (includes a soft cotton t-shirt)

*$15 for .5k Trick or Trot Costume Walk (includes a soft cotton t-shirt)

$5 for .5K Trick or Trot Costume Walk - 3 years old – 6^th grade (does not include a shirt)

**Under 2 years old free, does not require registration.

***Costume Walk parents may walk with their children, registration not required for parent.

****Registration for 5k also includes .5k Trick or Trot Costume Walk.

START TIMES:

8:00 am - 5k run

9:00 am - 5k awards

9:30 am - .5k Trick or Trot Costume Walk (with treats at the finish line)

Awards for the Run for Change 5K are as follows:

Female & Male Overall
Female & Male Masters (40-49)
Female & Male Super Masters (50+)
1st/2nd/3rd Place awards for male & female for the following age groups: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+

If you register online after 1 p.m. Oct. 16, you MUST pick up your packet Saturday morning at the race site.
