Bike Transition Entrance/Exit
ensures bikes are properly positioned on racks, personal items are on the correct side of the bike, ensure helmets are properly secured, direct participants and ensure participants numbers are secured on all participant bikes.

You must be over 18 years of age OR the parent/legal guardian of a minor under 18 years of age OR the legal guardian of an incapacitated and/or mentally challenged person in order to agree to the text below.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of you permitting me, my child, ward or heir to participate in any programs or events pertaining to the YMCA Tri-For-Fun Adultâ€™s and Kidâ€™s Race, I the undersigned, or if under the age of 18, my parent or guardian, INTENDING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED UPON NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OTHER THEORY OF LAW, which I, my child, ward or heir and our parents, guardians, heirs, executors, representatives, administrators, and assigns may have against South Montgomery County YMCA, Conroe Family YMCA, YMCA of Greater Houston, any affiliates or subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees associated with said corporations and associations, the municipalities or counties in or through which

programs or events take place or are conducted, as well as any other person, entity of sponsor connected to such programs or events, and their heirs, executors, representatives, administrators, successors, assigns, subsidiaries,

officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, FOR ANY AND ALL INJURIES OR DAMAGES WHICH I, MY CHILD, WARD OR HEIR MAY SUFFER while taking part in such programs or events or as a result thereof. Specifically, I verify that I, or my child, ward or heir is in good physical health and able to participate in and/or complete the following event.
