We need eight volunteers to help us load all of the race equipment into the U-haul from the clubhouse. This is a physical job.

This crew helps inflate the start/finish line arches and sets up sound equipment all while keeping early runners and cyclists safe!

Coolers for all aid stations must be filled with Water and Gatorade at Winfrey first thing in the morning - also set up a table with water coolers for the finish line.

Unload race equipment and supplies from the U-Haul; Set up tables and chairs inside the house; Hang banners to direct runners to the correct location; Block off bathrooms inside the house; Assist the merchandising area with setting out items; Set out pre-registered bibs on the porch and assist pre-registered runners in finding their bibs

Help set up the merchandise table and assist the Merchandise director in selling DRC merchandise.

Under the direction of our Membership Director, our volunteers will set up the registration tables, issue bibs to the runners that did not pre-register and welcome hopeful new members.

We need a big crew to hold cups out and cheer the runners. This water stop is at the Spillway parking lot and you can park right there!

This monitor is at the 2 mile turn around on the trail just north of the Spillway parking lot. We need you to let the runners know when to turn around and cheer them on.

Point runners in the right direction and direct bikers and pedestrians using the trail. This position is at E. Lawther and Garland, near the small bridge.

Post-Race - Breakdown Winfrey House/Unload at Clubhouse
These positions break down tables and chairs and moves them to the Winfrey hallway, pulls down banners, sweeps and mops, returning Winfrey back to it`s original position. This crew also takes all race equipment and supplies out of the house, loads onto the U-Haul, drives to the clubhouse to help put all race equipment and supplies back into the clubhouse.

Post-Race - Breakdown Finish Line/Unload at Clubhouse
These positions break down the finish line arch and equipment, cleans out water and Gatorade coolers and loads it all back up into the U-Haul, drives to the clubhouse to empty the U-haul and put back all race equipment and supplies into the clubhouse. We have a great assembly line that makes it fun and fast!
