We need your help! Kyle Cares is very thankful for each volunteer who has supported our cause and events for over 5 years now and we are looking for more volunteers to join us at our first annual Kyle's Mile & 5K.

Needed approximately 7am-12pm Saturday March 5th, 2016 @ River Legacy Park in Arlington, TX.

Volunteer Waiver
Please read any waiver carefully. It includes a release of liability and waiver of legal rights and deprives you of the ability to sue certain parties. Do not agree to this document unless you have read and understood it in its entirety. By agreeing electronically, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood the text presented to you as part of the registration process. You also understand and agree that events carry certain inherent dangers and risks which may or may not be readily foreseeable, including without limitation personal injury, property damage or death. Your ability to participate in the event(s) is/are subject to your agreement to the waiver and by agreeing herein, you accept and agree to the terms of the waiver and release agreement. You must be over 18 years of age OR the parent/legal guardian of a minor under 18 years of age OR the legal guardian of an incapacitated and/or mentally challenged person in order to agree to the text below.

Waiver: 

I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury, accident, or any health related issues, which may occur to me during the event, including my death, as a result of my participating in the event, or while I am on the premises of the event. I hereby forever release and hold harmless and discharge Kyle Lewis Amoeba Awareness, The City of Arlington, and all its agencies, RunTIME Racing Services, all sponsors, and all other persons and entities associated with the event known as Kyle’s Mile & 5K. I further certify that I am fully able to participate in this event. I agree to follow all the rules of the event and permit myself to be removed from the event, if in the opinion of the race administrators, my continuing would endanger my health. Further, I grant full permission to use any photography, video or recording taken of me during this event for any purpose. I have read and understand this agreement.
