Are you interested in being a volunteer captain? -- Volunteer Captains would be responsible for a specific volunteer area. You would be paired with an Every Village staff member and would be in charge of manning your volunteer area on the day of. -- Responsibilities would include at least one meeting at the Every Village office prior to the event.

Volunteer Waiver
Please read any waiver carefully. It includes a release of liability and waiver of legal rights and deprives you of the ability to sue certain parties. Do not agree to this document unless you have read and understood it in its entirety. By agreeing electronically, you acknowledge that you have both read and understood the text presented to you as part of the registration process. You also understand and agree that events carry certain inherent dangers and risks which may or may not be readily foreseeable, including without limitation personal injury, property damage or death. Your ability to participate in the event(s) is/are subject to your agreement to the waiver and by agreeing herein, you accept and agree to the terms of the waiver and release agreement. You must be over 18 years of age OR the parent/legal guardian of a minor under 18 years of age OR the legal guardian of an incapacitated and/or mentally challenged person in order to agree to the text below.

In acceptance of this entry, I release myself and my heirs, Every Village, its agents, officers, directors, and employees, any sponsors, and all officials of this race, from claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or cause of action, of any nature, including claims of death, injury or illness, arising out of my participation in the Run For Radios and Kids Fun Run For Radios .  I state that I have trained and am in proper physical condition to participate in this event.         

I acknowledge that my email address will be used for communication purposes regarding this specific event.  

I hereby grant full permission to use my name and any photographs, videotapes, or other recording of this event for any purpose.
