Friday Night Load-In
Who likes to play "Race Equipment Tetris"??? We need strong people to transport race equipment and merchandise from the clubhouse to the truck and load it all in nice and snug. We all meet at the clubhouse at 6pm, ready to go!

Pre-Race Set-Up at the Start Line
We need all hands on deck to make sure the following tasks are done before the party gets started: - Water coolers must be filled and gatorade mixed up at Winfrey first thing in the morning - Set up tents at the start line - Set up sound equipment - Set up the arch - Set up a table with water coolers for the finish line

Pre-Race Set-Up at Winfrey House
Lots of tasks to be completed inside the house to prepare for all the runners! - Unload the U-Haul - Set up tables and chairs inside the house - Hang the banners to direct runners to the correct location - Block off bathrooms inside the house - Set out pre-registered bibs on the porch - Assist the merchandising area with setting out items

Under the direction of our Membership Director, our volunteers will issue bibs to the runners that didn't pre-register and welcome hopeful new members!

Cheering and handing out water is super easy but so very important! This water stop is located at the Stone Tables and will support both the 5K and 10K runners.

Course Monitor #1
We could use a great cheerleader to be at our 5K turn-around point (E. Lawther between Dreyfus Club and the Bath House) to make sure those only wishing to do a 5K don't get swept up by all the excitement and double their miles (doubling their fun!). You're welcome to bring a chair or signs or cowbells (always, more cowbell!).

Kids Race
This is one of the more fun positions to help with. Seeing the littlest members of the club run with smiles on their face is even more exciting than being able to put "finishers medals" on each of them after the race.

Post-Race at Winfrey House
What goes up must always come down. These positions break down tables and chairs and pulls down banners, sweeps and mops, returning Winfrey back to it's upright and locked position. Essentially, it all has to be taken out of the house, loaded onto the U-Haul and put back into the clubhouse.

Post-Race Finish Line Tear Down
What goes up must always come down. These positions break down the finish line and loads it all back up into the U-Haul and put back into the clubhouse. We have a great assembly line that makes it fun and fast!
