Sets up for the event, including staging, sponsors set-up, preparation, signs, time clock, post-race party and decorations.

Assists with registering participants and distributing race packets on the morning of the event.

Course Support
We'd like to have 2 to 3 volunteers per participating bar for this event. One volunteer should be at/near the entrance to direct traffic to where the beer is being served. Other volunteers should be stationed around the bars handing out/punching holes in runners' drink cards. To clear up some confusion from past races, we promote the bar's drink special for them, but we'll reward anyone for any shot or any MILLERCOORS products (ask the bartenders when you get there but I'm trying to get a list of each bar's offering for you by tomorrow) they purchase.

Assists with breaking down the course, staging and storing equipment, course clean up, restoring property to original state and other post-race activities.
