Dear Friends and Business Associates,
The band students of Kingwood High School (KM4B) are an exceptional group of committed musicians dedicated to excellence in performance. Comprised of about 200 students, the band has proudly represented our community and state in past performances including the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena, St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Chicago, a concert at New York’s Lincoln Center, the 2012 Veterans Day Parade in San Diego, and, most recently, a March 2015 performance at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
In an effort to fund some of the extras (new instruments, clinicians, equipment) not covered in the school district’s budget, KM4B is bringing back “Band on the Run”, a 5K fun run through the Kingwood community. The date of the run is set for November 7, 2015. Please go to www.KM4B.com for additional information and registration.
In addition, Kingwood Band Boosters, a 501c3 non-profit organization, is seeking sponsors. We are pleased to present several levels at which you can help support this undertaking. If you are a family member wanting to support your band student (or grandchild student) the “Friends and Family” level would be perfect! If you are seeking to promote your business, the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels will provide you additional exposure in the Kingwood community. Please see the attached for additional details.
