WHEN:  Wednesday, December 21st, 2016, 615pm -  Heat 1 - 6:30 Minute pace and Under - 615pm | Heat 2 - 6:30 to 8:00 Minute Pace - 630pm | Heat 3 - 8:00 Minute and Up Pace - 645pm

COURSE DETAILS:  Four times around the Phoenix High School track.

RACE FEES:  3 cans of food to be donated to ACCESS on day of the race.  Download Waver

RACE DAY INFO:  Registration 5-6pm - Bring 3 cans of food and sign waver to participate.  Heats will be as follows:  Heat 1 - 6:30 Minute pace and Under - 615pm | Heat 2 - 6:30 to 8:00 Minute Pace - 630pm | Heat 3 - 8:00 Minute and Up Pace - 645pm

AWARDS:  Ribbons for the top 3 places in all age groups.

RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely no rollerskaters, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, headphones, or unregistered participants
