Please join the Pasadena Police Officers’ Wives Association at the 5th Annual Fallen Heroes Memorial Run. 

 

PARTICIPATION

We welcome all runners are welcome to participate in our 5K run/walk on the Red Bluff Trails.  We encourage families of all ages to participate. For safety reasons: Please no bikes. All young children must be accompanied by a registered adult on the race course. 

 

RACE DAY REGISTRATION

Race Day Registration will open at 6:30 am and closes at 7:45 am. The cost of registration on race day will be $35. 

 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITITIES

The Pasadena Police Officers’ Wives Association is looking for companies to be involved with this event.  All sponsors will be able to put marketing and promotional items in out packets.  All sponsors that pledge $300 or more will be recognized on the back of our run shirts.  Please contact the PPOWA for sponsorship information.  PPOWA@hotmail.com

 

RACE TIMING

Race course will be chip timed and you will need to get to the race early to pick up your chip on race day. 

 

AWARDS

First, Second, and Third place awards will be given in the following categories: Police Officers, Masters, Female Overall, and Male Overall.

 

REFRESHMENTS AND AID STATION

 

There will be an Aid Station with sports drink and water located around the 1.5 mile point. Finish line snacks and drink will be available.

 

PACKET PICK UP

 

Packet pick up will take place on Friday, May 10th from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Pasadena Police Station Community Room and also on Race day at 6:30 a.m.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All participants who register prior to May 1st  are guaranteed to receive a T-shirt on race day!!! Additional shirts available for late registrants as supplies last on Race Day. Event takes place rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, PPOWA reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the event for safety concerns. No refunds will be issued.  Shirts will be avaliabe 90 after the race.  All shirts that are left more than 90 days are subject to being resold. 

 

 

FEES

 

Registration Fees are $25 per person before May 1st, late fee of $5 after May 1st and $35 on the day of the race.  Children that do no want a race shirt are free and still need to be registered.  Any Dogs can participate and need to be registered.
