Course Description 

SWIM 100 Yards - YMCA Pool

SPIN 5 miles - YMCA SpinStudio 

WALK/RUN 1.75 miles - Out & Back

6:15-7:15 a.m. -- Packet Pick Up/Body Marking

7:30 a.m. -- Triathlon Waves Begin

9:00 a.m. -- Treat "Yo" Self Yogurt Bar (Self Serve Yogurt Bar)

Race Amenities

Every athlete who completes one triathlon in our series will be guaranteed a limited edition cotton YMCA "Y TRI" t-shirt! Collect your "Y TRI" finisher sticker & water bottle by competing in two of our triathlons, and if you complete all three triathlons in the series you'll get our signature Series Finisher Medal!

All triathlon proceeds support the YMCA Scholarship Program, giving families in need  an opportunity to enjoy a better, healthier life.
