The NW Flyers Track Club has arranged for a charter bus to the USATF Region 12 Track Meet (Odessa, TX). The price for each bus seat is $115 each, which includes roundtrip Houston to Odessa and daily shuttle service from the team hotel to the track and to meals and team events.
The outbound bus will depart from Cypress Creek HS on Wednesday July 6th around 12:05AM and the return bus will depart Saturday July 9 leaving the stadium immediately after the 4X4 around 4PM arriving to Houston early the morning of July 10. (we requested a Tuesday departure but the charter company did not have equipment and a driver available then).

Important Rules and Procedures for the Team Charter Bus:
·Each rider will be asked to pay a $115 fee to defray the cost of the bus lease and driver’s services. In order to increase particpation in the bus the team will discount the adult fare to $85 if we achieve 35 riders.
·NW Flyers athletes (qualified) may apply their Region Meet travel allowance of $100 to the fee and pay only $15 out of pocket to ride.
·Each rider must sign a waiver of liability.
·Young children (14 and younger) should be accompanied by an adult / legal guardian / or their representative.
·Seats will be reserved / assigned on a first paid first serve basis.
·All payments and signed waivers must be completed online by Saturday July 2 at noon.
·At this date the bus can not be cancelled so we would like to make the best of an expensive option for the team. The charter bus has a capacity of 55 riders, we need a minimum of 35 paid seats in order to come close to covering the team's costs and not impact travel allowances to JOs.
