The Dallas Running Club is offering Sunday Yoga at the Clubhouse training room. Yoga is a wonderful cross training option for runners. It assists in breathing, flexibility, core, and injury prevention. This is a BYOM (bring your own mat) event. Class will begin promptly at 11:30a.m. so please arrive early to set up.
Yogi Allison Mathews has graciously offered her services for a pay by donations class.
A little bit about Allison: She did not originally like yoga, but realized when you find the right instructor it can change everything! She took her first class in 2007 and finished her 200 Hour RYT through American Power Yoga in early 2008. Allison believes yoga is about more than just poses, when you listen to your breath magic can happen.
Space is limited 10 participants, so if you can’t make it please update your registration so another member may take the spot. This is a Donations Only class, so please be sure to show your appreciation!
