Packet Pick up and Registration:
Saturday, September 8th: Finish Line Sports, 13895 Southwest Freeway, Sugar Land, TX 77478, at Sugar Creek. Open 10:00am - 5:00pm. 20% off any purchase for race participants.
Event Day, Sunday, September 9th: Constellation Field, 1 Stadium Drive, Sugar Land, TX 77498. Arrive early. Park in Lot B, off of Hwy 6. Register 5:30am - 6:45am.
ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED. THERE ARE GAME TICKETS LEFT - DON'T BE LEFT OUT. UNCLAIMED TICKETS AND SHIRTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE AT IN-PERSON PACKET PICK UP.
Fort Bend Fit and Memorial Hermann present the first annual Skeeters Buzz Run. This Family Friendly event takes place at brand new Constellation Field, built for the Sugar Land Skeeters! What is more fun than running/walking a 5K? Celebrating Fitness Day at the Skeeters game that same day! The first 300 participants to register for the race will receive a ticket to the 6:00pm game held the day of the race.
Both the 5K and 1K routes will start at the Skeeters stadium and finish inside! Take a run around the bases and look up to see yourself on the big screen! The event will be video taped. Be sure to watch clips from the event played during the Skeeters game Sunday evening.
Event Details: The first 300 registered participants will receive a ticket to the September 9, 2012, 6:00pm game, in addition to your race entry. One additional ticket to the 6:00pm game may be purchased per registration (as long as available - register early). All participants registered by August 26th are guaranteed an event t-shirt. The event will finish inside the stadium and weather permitting, you will be able to take a run around the bases. A race photographer will be on the route and at the finish to capture your winning smile.
After the run/walk, enjoy the post race party with food, drink, and entertainment!
The event is presented by Fort Bend Fit and Memorial Hermann in celebration of Fitness Night at Constellation Field. Sponsors include Today's Vision at Williams Trace, Finish Line Sports at Sugar Creek, Shutter-up Blinds &Shutters, Kroger, Road ID, Fort Bend Kia, and Kolache Factory.

The Buzz Run "charity of choice"is the Snowdrop Foundation. Donations are accepted during registration. The Snowdrop Foundation celebrates the hope that one day a cure for all childhood cancers will be found allowing the purity of every child to remain untouched by the devastating diagnosis of cancer. The Foundation is dedicated to assisting patients and families at Texas Children's Cancer Center through funding for continued research to eliminate childhood cancer, and scholorships for college bound pediatric cancer patients and survivors.
