CAMP APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for Live It Out's 2019 Summer Camp
you must be:
A high school student who is on track to graduate (includes rising
freshmen and graduating seniors).
Recommended by a non-related member.
Able to fill out one short answer question.
Willing to commit to camp participation in the entire duration of the program.
The camp runs for two weeks:
June 10-14 and June 17-21 from 8 AM to 2 PM
Able to provide own transportation to and from TBD where the camp will be held. Carpooling with other participants is suggested while Live It Out is not responsible.
Committed to school work and extra-curricular activities.
