MUDDIN' FOR THE TATAS

IS AN OFF ROAD (4X4/ATV/OHV/ DIRT BIKE/JEEP/ANYTHING) RALLY IN VIRGINIA CITY TO BENEFIT PINOCCHIO'S MOMS ON THE RUN, TO HELP WOMEN BATTLING BREAST AND GYNECOLOGIL CANCERS.

FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2019: 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR A PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT WILL BE ELECTRONICALLY DELIVERED.

SATURDAY, MAY 18, 2019:

       RALLY - RAIN OR SHINE!

START LOCATION:  ANY LOCATION YOU DESIRE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO GET TO VIRGINIA CITY

8 AM :  FREE BREAKFAST AT WASHOE CAMP; PULL YOUR TRAILER UP AND HAVE BREAKFAST AND ENJOY

      NO-HOST DRINKS WITH RAFFLES AND EVENTS. 

      TAKE OFF FROM YOUR CHOSEN LOCATION IN TIME TO ARRIVE IN VIRGINIA CITY BY 11:00 AM .

11 AM - 1 PM: RALLY AT THE VIRGINIA CITY FAIRGROUNDS (458 F ST.) 

     - SWAG BAG DISTRIBUTION -

     - COME DECKED OUT IN PINK FOR PRIZES -

     - DECK OUT YOUR RIG IN PINK FOR PRIZES -

5:00 PM:  DOORS OPEN AT RENO LIVESTOCK EVENTS CENTER ARENA FOR THE PRIME RIB DINNER AND SCAVENGER            HUNT CHECK-IN

6:00 PM:  PRIME RIB DINNER (INCLUDED IN PARTICIPATION FEE), NO-HOST BAR, AUCTIONS, MERCHANDISE SALES,               MUSIC, DANCING INDOORS AT THE ARENA.

7:00 PM:  LIVE AUCTION AND SCAVENGER HUNT PRIZES AWARDED

8:00PM:  SILENT AUCTION CLOSES

9:00 PM:  EVENT CLOSES

PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT GRANDPRIZE PACKAGE INCLUDES $500 IN CASH

ENTRY IN THE EVENT GIVES YOU TWO TICKETS TOWARD THE SCAVENGER HUNT PRIZES

EACH PHOTO YOU OBTAIN WILL GIVE YOU ADDITIONAL TICKETS

SAFETY:  PLEASE CONSIDER USING SAFETY FLAGS AND HELMETS

PASSENGERS THAT JUST RIDE ALONG...NO SWAG, NO PRIZE QUALIFICATION AND NO DINNER.

Driver (Full Registration incls. Dinner)

Fee: $60.00

The $60 Driver Registration includes SWAG, dinner, participation in prizes and scavenger hunt. 

Additional Riders/Passengers must be registered separately for $40 each.  Additional Riders/Passengers must be associated with a Driver. 

Muddin' Drivers who will have passengers (max of 3), will create a TEAM name for their vehicle when they are doing their personal Full Registration. The name of the TEAM can be the Driver's name or a creative fun name for your Team/vehicle. The Driver is like a TEAM Captain. When you create the TEAM you will assign a PASSWORD that will be necessary for Riders/Passenger input when they register. The PASSWORD registration usage will be limited to one Driver and a max of three Rider/Passengers. The PASSWORD should not be shared to avoid misuse. When riders are doing their registrations a TEAM/Driver list will be available in a Drop Down menu for their selection.

LATE REGISTRATION fees will apply after midnight Friday, May 11th;  Drivers ($100) and Riders ($80). 

NOTE:  The dinner is an ADULTS ONLY event, but children may be Rider/Passengers on the ride.

Each additional rider/passenger is $40 ($80 after May 11th) and includes SWAG, dinner, participation in prizes and scavenger hunt.

ADDITIONAL PASSENGERS/RIDERS MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH A DRIVER REGISTRATION. There is a limit of three passangers per Driver.
