Calling all runners, walkers, families, and students who are interested in defending the orphan! 

Register today for Coreluv's first annual Defend the Orphan 5k Run and Walk! We would love for you to join us November 7, 2015 at Klein Oak High School in Spring, TX for a paved and trail run. 

You don't want to miss all the great things we have planned for you. In addition to the 5K Run and Walk, you and your families will also enjoy:

Race Day Schedule:
8:00 AM — Race Day Registration (Adult-$35 / Child-$10) & Packet Pickup
9:00 AM — Kids 1k Fun Run Starts
9:30 AM — 5K Run/Walk Starts (certified and chip-timed race in waives)

In July of 2014, one of Coreluv's mission teams traveled to Maissade, Haiti. What Coreluv discovered that day was heart wrenching--100 children in need with 40 of them being orphaned, having absolutely nothing! No food, no shelter, no hope. Some were sleeping on the floors of a church while others were outside on grass mats. However, Coreluv partners heard their cry for help and responded in order to bring physical and eternal change to their lives.

Since then, Coreluv has been working continuously in order to improve the circumstances of these children. The children are currently living in a temporary shelter behind the church while they wait for a permanent place to call home.

Because of this overwhelming reality, on Saturday, November 7th we will collectively combat the orphan crisis one step at a time. Register today to help build a home for the 40 children in Maissade!
