Welcome to the Run For Wellness FREE 5K Series! This is the 6th out of 11 races at the Heights location.

The course is a 5K out and back on the Heights Hike & Bike Trail

Parking is free and is located at the University of Houston Downtown Naylor Lot. The Naylor Lot does not have a physical address, only the Daly Lot but the Naylor Lot is right next to the Daly Lot.
